A booking deposit is required to secure your chosen date. The deposit is £50 per course, or £100 for intensive courses. Our pick’ n ’mix intensive course requires a deposit per course included in the package. Deposits can be paid by the student through bank transfer, card over the phone or cash.Upon receiving payment of your deposit, you will be booked into our system and receive your training manual/manuals.
Upon booking, your course booking time is reserved specifically for you as we teach one to one. Our trainers book out time and a room for you (if you are coming to us).The booking deposit of £50 for single courses or £100 for multiple or intensive courses is non-refundable and covers against cancellations and no shows.
Courses can only be rescheduled if a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is given. The deposit can then be moved across to your preferred date if 2 weeks’ notice is given. If we are given less than 2 weeks’ notice, a new deposit will have to be paid to reschedule your course.
